    Job Description:

    The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of government construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Proven ability to manage and lead teams on large-scale projects

    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, review, and update comprehensive project plans and schedules for multiple government construction projects. Utilize advanced project management tools to ensure accurate tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and resources allocation.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project planning activities comply with relevant state, semi-government, and central government regulations. Stay updated with the latest government policies and procedures related to construction projects.

    Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related to scheduling, resources, and compliance. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

    Budgeting and Cost Control: Work closely with the financial team to prepare project budgets and monitor project expenses. Implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.

    Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control standards and procedures to ensure construction projects meet both government specifications and company quality standards.

    Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for senior management and government officials. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all planning activities and decisions.
