Pradeep Khandagale
Chairman & Managing Director
He is the Chairman and Managing Director of UNIVASTU INDIA LTD. He is a Civil Engineer fromthe University of Mumbai. Hailing from a humble background and leading a distinguished and promising professional career, he chooses to actualize his aspirations.
He has been associated with UNIVASTU since Inception and has led several associated assignments during his extensive career before start of UNIVASTU. He possesses over 17 years of professional experience.
He has considerable expertise in Infrastructure Project Constructionand has been overseeing the Business Development in India, the Implementation and monitoring of Projects in various segments, Tendering and Contracts Management, Incorporation of New Technologies, Excellent Value Engineering skills, etc. His regular reviewing of major projects, facilitate the company to ensure timely and quality execution in particular. His technical, strategic, decision making and leadership skills coupled with his sound financial business sense has helped him in expanding the horizons of the company. His extensive Construction knowledge, passion and work ethics setthe path towards Vision and Mission of the Company.
He envisions expanding UNIVASTUpan INDIA and Globally with Credible and Innovative Work.
Mrs. Rajashri P. Khandagale
Non Executive Director
She has completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Pune University. She is associated with UNIVASTU since inception. She has been on the Board of our Company since 10.02.2015 and has been appointed as an Executive Director of our company through resolution dated 01.04.2017.
She has been instrumental in supporting the overall administration of the Company. She brings on board her Unique Vision, Management Practices, with her specialized knowledge of Administration in the company.
With having rich years of experience in management and administration of company she ensures the smooth functioning of the company. She has been a great support system to the company.
Vijay Pawar
Maj. Gen. Dr. Vijay Pawar (retd.)
Independent Director
He holds a Masters Degree of Science in Defence Studies from the University of Madras, a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Military Engineering, Diploma in Human Resource Management, and Ph.D in Human Resource Management from Dr. D. Y. PatilVidyapeeth, Pune.
He has served in the Army for 37 + 4 years (training period), in the ranks of 2/Lt to Major General. He has served all over the Country and Abroad. He took part in 1971 Operation against the Pakistanis, served in the states of Jand K, Punjab, East part of theCountry and as Chief Engineer with Air Force.
During his service he held important appointments of BM as Infantry Brigade GSO1 in AHQ, Colonel Administration of an Infantry Division, Commander as Engineer Brigade, Chief Engineer, Eastern Air Command, Commandant MEG and Centre, ADG Personnel in E and C Branch, Director General Military Police and Major General Administration in Northern Command Headquarters. He retired from Active Military Service in Sep 2004.
He has been an Independent Director of UNIVASTU since 01.04.2017.
He is associated with Military Schools at Raigad and Satara as a member in their Academic Council. He is a Member ofServices Preparatory Institute Aurangabad, which is an Institution of the Government of Maharashtra. He is a trustee ofQueen Mary's Technical Institute for differently abled soldiers. He had received prestigious AtiVishishtSeva Medal and VishishtSeva Medal in his army career.

Ravindra Savant

He is a Chartered Accountant with Graduation in Commerce and Financial ConductAuthority.
He is the Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, New Delhi, and Member of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Council, Mumbai. He has an experience of more than 35 years in the field of Consultancy, Accounts and Finance.
He has been an Independent Director of UNIVASTU since 01.04.2017.
Also, he has held many prestigious positions in different Government and Non –Government organisations. He has served as the Vice President (West Zone) of the BCCI from September 2013 to March 2015. He has served as a Hon. Treasurer of the BCCI from June 2013 to September 2013. He has served as the President, Vice President and Hon. Treasurer of the Mumbai Cricket Association from 1990-2014(four terms).
Ganeshkumar Wable

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from University of Pune and is a Member of Council of Architecture. He has been an Independent Director of UNIVASTUsince 01.04.2017.
He has an experience of 24 years in the field of Architecture. He is a Committee Member of Indian Institute of Interior Design (IIID)and isa fellow member ofIndian Institute of Architecture, Architects Engineers & Surveyors Association.
He has designed many institutional and residential projects all over India.

Prashant Akashe
General Manager
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. He has successfully completed Post Graduate Programme in Advance Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR).
He has been working with company since 01.07.2010. Prior to working with UNIVASTU, he has worked with HCC Ltd for Contracts Department.
He has experience of 12 years in the construction field. His areas of works are Tendering and Contracts, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Administration Functions of the company and have developed forward looking business strategies for the organisation.
While earning a prestigious position in company, General Manager at a very young age, he had come a long way with company. He spearheaded the growth of UNIVASTU since early start with operations across. He has been playing an active role in company’s growth and expansion.
With qualities of leadership running through his veins, the conviction to do things differently and will to his hard work bear fruit, he has successfully nurtured the business.

Pravin Patil
Chief Financial Officer
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from North Maharashtra University. He joined the company as an Accountant and in a short span of years was later elevated as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) with his hard work and passion.
His responsibility includes Managing Finance, maintaining banking relationships, representing the company with investment bankers and investors, Implementation of System, etc. His areas of expertise include project financing, financial structuring.
His active engagement approach has led to the development of very strong relationships with investors over the years.
Rajesh Khodade
General Manager Projects
He holds the Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Over 17 years of experience in construction field, he has joined the company in the 2015, and he currently holds the position General Manager Projects. His areas of expertise include Project planning, Project management, Execution, and Quality Management.
Before joining the UNIVASTU, he has worked with Leading Real Estate Company, Kalpataru Group for 15 years as a Project Manager on different Prestigious Projects. His Commitment, Dedicated Work and Ambitious Plans are a boon to UNIVASTU, which is set to soar high with the existing opportunities.
